Dont know if this is news or not but I just purchased a 08 Samsung flat screen for my kitchen. It gets a great picture.
The shocking thing was that it has an HD tuner built into it.
It picks up every HD channel that is broadcast by our local cable station, when normally it is about a $8 a month charge which includes ESPN, ESPN 2, Cooking Network, and about 5 other channels.
Firedog guy said it was because of the Internal HD Tuner.
